A native of Puerto Peñasco, he knows the town inside and out and has built strong, long-standing relationships with trusted local vendors. Administration — Since 2013
Daniel joined Mar de Cortez Rentals in 2013 as a property inspector before transitioning to an administrative role. He now oversees utility payments, maintenance services, trust fees (fideicomisos), and payroll, and ensures all tax documentation for the company and property owners is filed correctly and on time.
Technology Director — Since 2004
Victor began his journey in tourism alongside Eli in 2004 and played a key role in founding Mar de Cortez Rentals in 2010. He developed the company's first website and rental software, and since 2016 has led all technology efforts—web development, software management, marketing, and tech support. Known for his "say yes to everything" spirit and creativity.
Property Inspectors
Carlos and Benjamín ensure all homes and condos are in perfect condition before the arrival of owners or guests. They verify everything is at 100%—Wi-Fi, A/C, electricity, plumbing—and fully stock each property with essentials: toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, body soap, dish soap, purified water, and more. They also inspect interior and exterior cleanliness so every guest enjoys a worry-free, memorable vacation.
